Wild Rice Salad

  • 2 Cups Soaked and Cooked Wild Rice

  • 2/3 Cup Pomegranates, Dried Cherries or Cranberries

  • 1/3 Cup Nuts Of Your Choice; Pecans, Cashews, And Walnuts Are All Great Choices

  • 3 Ribs Celery, Diced

  • 2 Tbsp. Red Onion, Finely Minced

  • 1 1/2 Cups Apples, Unpeeled and Diced

Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp. Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp. Oil

  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice

  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • RealTaste Peace seasoning to taste, Optional

Mix ingredients together and enjoy.
