Maple Vanilla Milk

2 Cups Raw, Organic Milk

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 Tbsp. Organic, Pure Maple Syrup

Sprinkle of Cinnamon, Optional

Mix well and enjoy.

You can also heat to 110 degrees, if desired, for a warm drink in the morning, or before bed. That temperature is still considered "raw" and will retain the majority of the nutrients.
