Cup of Kindness: Warming Pumpkin Spice Drink

Today I grabbed a little cup without taking much notice of it and quickly snapped a picture. After, I noticed it says Cup of Kindness on it. Isn't that appropriate? This drink has no coffee, or caffeine; so in place of a Cup of Joe (aka coffee), it's a Cup of Kindness and couldn't we use a little more of that in the world?! I hope this drink will warm your soul. Big hugs from me to you.

Cup of Kindness: Warming Pumpkin Spice Drink

  • 1/2 cup organic, pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp. RealTaste Peace seasoning

  • 6 Tbsp. organic, pure maple syrup

  • 2 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/8 tsp. salt, or 2, two finger pinches

  • 2 cups raw, milk

1. In a small pan, mix pumpkin puree and Peace.

2. Whisk in maple syrup, vanilla, salt and milk.

3. Gently heat over low heat to 115.

4. Top with maple whipped cream, if desired.

NOTES

Keep your raw milk to around 110-115 degrees to maintain nutrients and protect healthy fat composition.

Some pumpkin puree is not as smooth as others, if needed, give the mixture a little whirl with an immersion blender for an extra smooth texture.

If you have any left-over, go ahead and store it in the fridge. It's good cold too.
