If you don't enjoy plain kefir, or enjoy flavored commercial kefir, give this recipe a try. It will keep in the fridge for a couple days, so go ahead and make a double batch, if desired.

Flavored Kefir

  • 2 cups raw milk kefir

  • 1/4 cup frozen fruit

  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup, or to taste

1. Place ingredients in blender.

2. Puree until smooth.

3. It will keep in fridge for a few days. Shake it up if it separates.
