Balsamic Salad Dressing
3 Tbsp. Organic, Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Raw, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Organic lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Organic Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Organic Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. RealTaste Zen seasoning
1. Shake together in a small jar, or blend together with an immersion blender.
2. Store in the fridge for several weeks.
3. If the olive oil solidifies in the fridge, run the bottle under cold water, gradually increasing temperature to hot. If the oil is still clumpy, set the jar in a small bowl of hot water for a minute or two.
NOTES
We like to keep this dressing on hand in the fridge as we use it often.
